With two decades in the hospitality industry Tode is equal parts connector, problem-solver, and sustainability geek. He works with everyone from manufacturing to interior designers and purchasing groups to bring custom ideas to life, finding creative ways to save money without sacrificing style. Tode is LEED AP certified and has led eco-audits, designed green programs and collaborated with stakeholders to achieve project certifications. A proud UC Berkeley and Presidio Graduate School alum, Tode thrives at the intersection of great design and doing good for the planet.

Aside from work, you’ll find Tode on his bike, traveling and enjoying the outdoors with his friends and family.

Ron spent over 25 years running a family business in the Northwest, where retail furniture and commercial flooring were his world. He later brought that expertise into the hospitality and contract arena, quickly becoming a go-to resource for designers, purchasing groups and end users. His professional network spans from the Pacific Northwest to the Sonoran Desert in Arizona, where he’s built longtime client relationships. Whether he’s tracking down the perfect product or negotiating the best deal, Ron makes the process easy—and maybe even a little fun.

When he’s not on the road or at his desk, you’ll likely find Ron on the golf course or indulging his passion for classic cars.
