With over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry and an MBA in Sustainable Management, Tode’s talents lie in relationship building and co-creating custom design solutions and value engineering products with designers, manufacturers, purchasing groups and end users. His expertise also includes eco-audits, supply chain assessment, green program design and green building consulting. He oversaw the W Hotel’s LEED certification in San Francisco and helped them earn LEED Gold status. Tode is a graduate of UC Berkeley and the Presidio Graduate School.

Ron was co-owner of a family business for over 25 years in the Northwest, specializing in retail furniture and commercial floor covering. He brought his retail expertise to the hospitality and contract industry, where he established himself as a go-to resource for designers, purchasing groups and end users. In addition to the Northwest, Ron has also spent many years establishing loyal and long-lasting customer relationships in Arizona, where he’s a University of Arizona graduate. Ron’s ability to help his clients source the highest quality products at the best value has earned him accolades in the industry.

Scott has been involved in business development, sales and sales management over the past 30 years. Scott brings experience from the hospitality and retail furniture industry along with involvement from other industries. With this knowledge, Scott knows how to work with his clients and manufacturers to come up with the best solutions to satisfy the ongoing demands of specific projects and build long lasting relationships. Scott earned a business degree with a focus on Marketing from the University of Arizona.
