Is RBD a dealer or distributor?

No; we are factory representatives. We have exclusive arrangements with our highly-vetted manufacturers to be their only reps in specific territories. If you contact most of our manufacturers directly, they will refer you to us.

What type of client do you serve?

Our clients are designers, purchasing groups and end users of high quality and high value hospitality and commercial furnishings. Projects range from hotels, restaurants, senior living, and multi-family to workplace and institutional environments.

How do you work with clients to facilitate their projects?

We respond quickly to your inquiries and support your deadlines. We share our product knowledge, tools and resources—from technical data, CAD files, shop drawings, design samples and price quotes. We expedite your requests with our factories.

Can we purchase direct through RBD?

While we do process purchase orders for our manufacturers, orders are not written to RBD. We open and manage direct purchase accounts and support projects on a local level. We should be included on all project communication once an order has been placed to better assist you.
